Using the CMS
Use this page to find guides about the general functions of the CMS.
Before logging in for the first time, you will need to have a user account created.
To do this, raise a support ticket via EleCTRA. You can create your own account on EleCTRA by following the instructions on our hub page.
Once you have access you can raise a ticket by selecting User Access/New User - Optimizely from the help topic dropdown menu. You will need to include which communities you need access to and you can find a list of these here or if you want the same access as a colleague include their user id.
How to log into the CMS
Depending on which site domain you work on, the URL you use to access the CMS will be slightly different.
Your username and password however will work across all instances.
If you do enter the CMS via the wrong URL, you don't need to log out and in again. Just click on the correct site whilst in the CMS interface and you'll be redirected to the correct domain, and login page.
